    • Jennifer Azizzi Learn to Swim Instructor of the Year
    • BlueFit Swimming is a key part of what we deliver. Named after Jennifer Azizzi, who tragically passed away, these nominees are expected to have delivered the program consistently over a period of time and lift the culture of the LTS team simply by being part of it. PDCs and concierges can also be nominated for this award.

    • BlueFit Foundation Community Award
    • This award is closely aligned with the values of the BlueFit Foundation. This is awarded to any BlueFit team member that has gone above and beyond in serving the communities we work in. Often these nominees volunteer their time with community and charity organisations and are often unassuming in their efforts.

    • Ruth Clewett International Staff Member of The Year
    • With BlueFit relying heavily on international staff to teach 50,000 students a week plus school groups, the International Award has been won by many ex-pats. This award is open to any non-Aussie citizen who is dedicated to the values of BlueFit and BlueFit Swimming. Ruth Clewett was one of our first ex-pats that set the standard for the program in terms of work ethic, loyalty and appreciation in the opportunities this program presents.

    • LEA National SBAT of the Year
